1.2The Society provides financial services including, but not limited to, Savings Accounts, Fixed Deposits (FD), Recurring Deposits (RD), Monthly Income Schemes (MIS), and various loan products.

1.3Our services are exclusively available to Members of the Society who reside within our operational areas.

Membership and Eligibility

2.1Usage of specific financial products displayed on this site is subject to the person being a registered member of the Society as per the By-laws.

2.2To become a member, an individual must be a citizen of India, aged 18 or above, and must fulfill the KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements as prescribed by the Society and regulatory authorities.

2.3Admission to membership is at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors/Management of the Society.

Financial Products and Interest Rates

3.1The interest rates for deposits (Savings, FD, RD) and loans displayed on the website are subject to change at the Society's discretion without prior notice.

3.2Premature Withdrawal: Any premature withdrawal of deposits will be subject to the penalty rules of the Society as applicable at the time of withdrawal.

3.3Calculators: Any financial calculators (FD/Loan calculators) provided on the site are for indicative purposes only. Actual returns or EMI amounts may vary based on the specific terms at the time of execution.

Digital Services and Online Payments

4.1If you use our mobile application or online portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (User ID and Password/OTP).

4.2The Society shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to unauthorized access to your account resulting from your negligence.

4.3Any online transaction (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS) is subject to the processing times and technical availability of the financial transaction gateway.
