As our Regional Soft Skills Trainer, you aren't just sitting in a classroom with a PowerPoint. You are the person on the ground, helping our sales and branch teams turn every customer interaction into a success story.

You'll spend your time where the action is: in the branches and out in the field. By working side-by-side with sales leaders, you will spot the hurdles they face and help them jump over them. Whether it's sharpening a sales pitch or building a team's confidence, your work will be visible in the way our teams grow and the results they deliver. The Work You'll Do:

In this role, you will focus on building capability and confidence across teams by strengthening product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and behavioural skills that directly impact customer experience and performance.

• Support induction training for new joiners
• Track training effectiveness and behavioural improvement
• Coordinate with regional leadership for training planning

What you'll bring:

You bring hands-on experience in BFSI training or sales enablement, along with the communication and facilitation skills needed to engage diverse teams.

• Experience in BFSI / banking training or sales enablement
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to coach teams in classroom and field environments
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region
