Job Description

As a Branch Manager at Sahayog Multistate Credit Co-operative Society, you will play a critical leadership role in managing branch operations, driving deposit growth, and building long-term trust with customers in the Malegaon region. This role requires a balance of operational discipline, people leadership, and community engagement. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day banking operations while actively contributing to business development through CASA, Fixed Deposits, Recurring Deposits, and Daily Deposit Schemes. As the branch head, you will also act as the primary point of contact for customer escalations and regulatory compliance. The Work You'll Do:

Manage end-to-end branch operations while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines, drive deposit mobilisation across CASA, FD, RD, and DDS products, and lead, mentor, and supervise branch staff to achieve consistent performance and service standards.
